Objectives of the Charity:

1. The relief of poverty of members of the profession of actuary
2. Grants for the advancement of education of actuaries
3. Grants for charitable research in the field of actuarial science and the award of bursaries
4. Awards of educational Exhibitions to persons intending the profession of actuary
5. Awards of prizes in connection with the examinations for actuaries
6. Assisting the general education of persons in need who are preparing to be actuaries
7. Assisting and benefiting persons who are endeavouring to qualify as actuaries
8. Making donations to any registered charity

Members of the actuarial profession or their dependants, and members of the Institute or Faculty suffering hardship may make an application for assistance to the Trustees, who will give sympathetic consideration to any case of hardship brought to their notice.
