Chocolate Mark II

Last year the Master organised a very successful demonstration of chocolate making by chocolatier William Curley at her house in Dulwich. There was considerable interest in this event, but not everyone who would have liked to attend was able to. The Master and Mistress are therefore delighted to invite you to their kitchen in Pimlico for a repeat performance. William will introduce us to the chocolate making process from bean to bar, and lead a tasting of different chocolates. He’ll also demonstrate how to make a ganache using only fresh ingredients and sea salt caramel.

William’s career began with an apprenticeship at Gleneagles Hotel, took him to The Savoy Hotel where he became the youngest Chef Patissier in its history and has led to numerous accolades including four times winner of ‘Britain’s Best Chocolatier’ by The Academy of Chocolate.

The venue is in Cambridge Street, a 5 minute walk from Victoria Station. Directions will be provided to those attending. Wine from the Master’s cellar will also be provided during the evening.

The cost is £50 per person. Places are limited (by the size of our kitchen) and applications should be made by clicking on the booking form here.
