I’m sure that some of you have wondered how and when we shall hand over to the next Master!  It’s been quite a challenge to come up with a workable plan, but we have, and the Court of the Company has approved the following:

1. Senior Warden Julie Griffiths will be installed as Master at a “virtual” meeting of the Court, to which all members of the Company will be invited, at 4pm on Thursday 10 December 2020.
2. Julie will then be Master from December 2020 to between January and July 2022, depending on when times get back to “normal” so she can have a full year.
3. Junior Warden Keith Jones will then take over from Julie and remain as Master, if all goes to plan, until no later than July 2023, when we then get back to our normal cycle of Installations in July.

We are confident that this plan will work for us and enable us to emerge from this difficult time in a orderly fashion.
