Our events have limited capacity, and many of our events sell out. Refunds are not available after we have confirmed numbers with the organisers – typically some 10 days before an event. If you do need to cancel, please check with the Clerk first to see if a refund is available. We will always endeavour to offer a refund, but this may well not be possible if we have confirmed details with the organisers.
